6pm Gentle Beginner’s Yoga


WHAT:  Are you completely new to Yoga? Are you struggling with an injury? Or do you simply want to “begin again”? Maybe you always wanted to try Yoga, but were afraid to, since you believed that you had to be a pretzel to do so. Maybe you have been on a spiritual path for a while, but have not yet involved your body in your practices. Or maybe you were simply too busy to keep up your practice, or you had injuries that prevented you from moving much. Either way, this class is created for you!

Dr. Susy has extensive experience with the benefits of Yoga. She nursed herself back to health after serious “accidents”/injuries with Yoga, Qi Gong and similar practices. However, her experience extends beyond her personal story, and into her healing work with students and patients, assisting people with cancer, arthritis and more.

So, you are invited to connect with and loosen up your body, explore your breath and experience peace of mind! And…this class is a great way to ease into a good night’s sleep!

WHAT TO BRING:  Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket. You can buy a $20 yoga mat practically anywhere in town.

WHAT TO WEAR:  Stretchy and/or loose comfortable pants and top/shirt.
